  • What is Muzibo?
  • It is a free to download Personalized Music App available on Android Play store. Muzibo lets you flaunt your Celeb Status with Personalization. It offers Personalized Caller ring back tones in Famous Bollywood and regional Celebrities original voices with Custom Tunes. Muzibo also lets users have Songs personalized for their friends, family and loved ones with Custom Songs.
  • How do I download the App?
  • If Muzibo App is not already on your device you can download it from Google Play Store.
  • What all can I do on Muzibo
  • The free app offers unlimited streaming (play music online) on Celebrity, birthday, anniversary, celebration, love moods & set it as a CRBT Tune of the on your mobile number (Based on availability). You can also request for making custom songs and gift it to users on various occasions
  • Who all celebrities are covered in Muzibo?
  • Celebrities like Salman Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Tamannah Bhatia, Ayushman khurana, Mohanlal and Nirahua are currently available in Muzibo.
  • What all services related to Celebrities are available on Muzibo?
  • Currently Celebrity Name Tunes are only covered on Muzibo app, it is available on personalized as well as generic tunes (Based on name availability). We will be adding more services in future, please visit this page regularly to get updates
  • Is Muzibo available for selected Telecom operators?
  • The operator selection is actually limited to operators Airtel, Vodafone, Idea, Tata- Docomo, Reliance can access the service. However limited content is available based on Telecom operators.
  • How much does it cost to use the app?
  • Muzibo is a FREE to download app, browsing on the app is also free. You pay only when you download and subscribe music.
  • What are the charges for streaming?
  • When you play a song on the app, data charges are applicable as per your operator data tariffs.
  • What are the charges for downloading?
  • Downloading charges depend on the Muzibo subscription/Download pack you have activated
  • What are the available payment options?
  • Celebrity related services are chargeable @ operator billing platform depending on different operators varying from Rs 30- 36/month for Subscription and Rs 15-20 for Tune download charges. Whereas to download custom songs/Gift users are chargeable From Rs 50- Rs 500 on Atom payment gateway covering all major Debit and credit cards.
  • Do I need to sign-up on Muzibo?
  • Yes it is mandatory to sign up on Muzibo to give users a personalized user experience
  • How do I sign up?
  • You can sign up using your Name and your mobile number. Your mobile number is your unique ID
  • How do I receive the 6 digit PIN?
  • The 6 digit PIN shall be shared with you on your registered mobile number that you entered as your unique ID. Please check if you have entered correct Mobile Number to register.
  • I did not receive a 6 digit-PIN, what now?
  • Click on Resend to generate a new PIN
  • What is my mobile number needed for?
  • Your mobile number is your unique ID. It helps us maintain your preferences, favorites, moods liked songs, downloaded songs and track your subscription.
  • Can I be registered with two mobile numbers?
  • No, you can register with only one number at a time on any device. To create additional account, you will need to register with a different number on a different device.
  • I am already registered but I have reinstalled the app. Do I need to register again?
  • If you are not auto-registered, you need to register again with your mobile number and verify the PIN. Your playlists, subscriptions and music history will remain maintained.
  • I have registered using a wrong mobile number. How can I fix it?
  • Registration can only be completed after you verify 6 Digit PIN sent on the mobile number you entered. Please go back and enter the correct mobile number in case you had entered wrong mobile number.
  • Can I register with my Facebook Account?
  • No currently the social login section is not active
  • Can I have multiple accounts on the app?
  • Since you are registered with your mobile number, you can have only one account. To create additional account, you will need to register from a different number.
  • Can I change my username?
  • Muzibo is a personalized music app, if you want to change name you can do so easily in the search option, however the initial name will be used as your default name.
  • How can I search for songs?
  • You can search by entering related fields such as Singer, Actor, Film/Album name into the Search bar at the top of the search results page
  • Can I request my favourite song if it is not available in the app?
  • Yes, you can mail us at�contact@muzibo.com�or Go to 'Settings' >> 'Support' >> 'Contact Us'. We will make sure we get you your favorite music as soon as we can!
  • How can I download songs on the app?
  • To download songs please select simply select your song and click on purchase, you will be redirected to the payment gateway to make the payment post successful subscription the song will be reflected in the downloads section.
  • What is the validity of my subscription?
  • Subscriptions are valid for 30 days however it is dependent on different operators
  • Do I have to subscribe every month or will my subscription get auto-renewed?
  • Your monthly subscription is auto renewed by your operator, once activated.
  • What is Auto Renewal?
  • When you purchase celebrity related subscriptions on CRBT your subscription is auto renewed after 30 days.
  • What is the quality of songs available on the App?
  • You can stream or download songs at HD (320/256 kbps), High (128kbps), Medium (64kbps) and Regular (32kbps) rates. The app has adaptive streaming which means that we automatically adjust the quality depending on the coverage and connection speed you are getting. You can change the default rate on your device by going to 'Settings' >> 'Music Preferences' >> 'Song Quality'.
  • I chose to play songs in HD quality but it is still playing at High quality only. Why?
  • While we have a large collection of songs available at HD (320/256 kbps), few songs particularly old ones are not available at HD. In such cases, the song is streamed or downloaded at best available quality.
  • What connection do I need to use the App?
  • Muzibo works on both mobile internet and Wi-Fi. For a good experience we recommend that you use it on a data connection of speed >1mbps
  • Why am I being asked for my mobile number?
  • Your mobile number will not be displayed to other users and is only for registration/ verification purposes.
  • How is my information being used?
  • Please refer to the�Privacy Policy�and�Terms of Use�on the App for more information on how the information you have shared is being used.
  • What languages is the App available in?
  • The App is available in English currently. More languages to follow soon.
  • What all languages of regional music is available?
  • In addition to Hindi and English songs, we have songs across Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi, Bhojpuri, Kannada and Bengali
  • What do I do if I cannot find music in the language I want it in?
  • Currently the mentioned languages are being supported on the app, but we are constantly updating and increasing our pool. Still if there is something specific that you are looking for please mail your requirement on�contact@muzibo.com�and we will get it for you!
